I. Delivery Policy
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all new vehicles purchased directly from AI EBike (at official AI EBike stores, via the website, or through the official Facebook page of AI EBike). For products purchased from AI EBike’s authorized dealers, customers should contact the dealer where the vehicle was purchased for details of the applicable delivery policy.

2. Delivery Methods
2.1. For vehicle orders
- Customers will receive the vehicle directly at AI EBike stores.
- The transportation cost from the Factory to the Store will be covered by AI EBike.
- If customers in these provinces/cities wish to receive the vehicle at another address, the shipping cost from the Factory or AI EBike Store to the specified address will be borne by the Customer. AI EBike will notify the cost in advance, and if the Customer accepts this delivery method, they will pay the delivery partner at the time of vehicle receipt.
For provinces/cities without an AI EBike Store:
- The order will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer.
- Depending on the delivery address, AI EBike will deliver directly or use delivery partners to ship the vehicle to the Customer’s address.
- The shipping cost from AI EBike’s Factory to the Customer’s address will be covered by AI EBike. However, AI EBike will only cover the shipping fee once. If the Customer requests delivery to multiple addresses, changes the delivery address while the order is in transit, or refuses delivery leading to re-delivery, all additional costs from the 2nd delivery onward will be borne by the Customer.
2.2. For spare parts and accessories orders
- Orders for spare parts and accessories (not purchased with a vehicle) will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer.
- Depending on the delivery address, AI EBike will deliver directly or use delivery partners.
- The shipping cost from AI EBike’s Factory or Store to the Customer’s address will be covered by AI EBike. However, AI EBike will only cover the shipping fee once. For subsequent deliveries due to multiple addresses, address changes, or refusal of goods, all additional costs will be borne by the Customer.
3. Delivery Time
3.1. For vehicle orders
- After full payment is received, AI EBike will prepare the order within 10 working days. If preparation takes longer, AI EBike will notify the Customer via official customer service channels.
- Once prepared, the order will be handed to AI EBike’s Delivery Department or delivery partners. The Customer will receive confirmation through official channels once the order is received by the Delivery Department/partner.
- Standard delivery time is 05 – 14 days from the date the Delivery Department/partner receives the order. Upon arrival, AI EBike staff (for store deliveries) or delivery partners (for other addresses) will contact the Customer by phone to confirm delivery.
- For orders delivered to AI EBike stores, vehicles will be stored for a maximum of 05 days after the Customer is contacted. After this period, if the Customer does not pick up the vehicle, it will be returned to AI EBike’s Factory for reshipment upon request, and all subsequent shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
3.2. For spare parts and accessories orders
- After full payment is received, AI EBike will prepare the order within 03 working days. If preparation takes longer, AI EBike will notify the Customer via official channels.
- Once prepared, the order will be handed to AI EBike’s Delivery Department or delivery partners. The Customer will receive confirmation once the order is received by the Delivery Department/partner.
- Standard delivery time is 05 – 14 days from the date the Delivery Department/partner receives the order. Delivery staff/partners will contact the Customer via phone upon arrival.
3.3. Delivery Time Notes
Delivery time may be extended in the following cases:
- AI EBike or its delivery partners cannot contact the Customer.
- Incorrect delivery address provided.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters or epidemics. AI EBike will not be liable for damages due to delayed delivery or inability to deliver as agreed.
- During holidays or restricted traffic periods, standard delivery time may be affected. AI EBike will contact the Customer through official channels to confirm revised delivery times.
4. Customer Verification on Delivery
To ensure maximum security for Customer orders, AI EBike will verify the Customer before delivering the vehicle. This procedure applies to vehicle orders with delivery at AI EBike Stores.
4.1. Vehicle received by the registered Customer
The registered Customer is the person named on the VAT Invoice. To receive the vehicle at AI EBike stores, the Customer must bring:
- For individual Customers: Original ID/Passport/Driver’s License with matching name and birth date as on the VAT Invoice.
- For corporate Customers:
- Authorization letter from the company to the representative receiving the vehicle.
- Original ID/Passport/Driver’s License of the authorized representative with matching name and birth date as on the Authorization Letter.
- Business Registration Certificate of the company named on the VAT Invoice (original or copy).
4.2. Vehicle received by an authorized person
AI EBike allows delivery to an authorized person if the registered Customer cannot receive the vehicle at AI EBike Stores. The authorized person must present:
- An authorization email from the registered Customer, with conditions:
- Email must be sent from the registered email address on the vehicle order.
- Recipient email address: aie.ketoan@gmail.com
- Email must state: full name, date of birth, ID/Passport number of both the authorizing Customer and the authorized person.
- Email must clearly state that the Customer authorizes the person to receive the vehicle at AI EBike Store, and assumes full responsibility for all issues after delivery.
- Original ID/Passport of the authorized person with matching name and birth date as on the authorization email.
- Alternatively, authorization via other channels (SMS, Zalo, etc.) must include all the above details and be sent to hotline: 0933. 505. 222.
II. Inspection Policy
1. Scope of Application
This inspection policy applies to all vehicles purchased directly from AI EBike official stores.
For spare parts and accessories orders, this policy does not apply, as joint inspection depends on the delivery partner’s policy. In case of issues with spare parts/accessories, Customers should contact AI EBike’s official customer service channels for support.
2. Inspection Policy Details
- To maximize Customer rights, AI EBike allows joint inspection at the time of delivery.
- Inspection includes verifying the product against the order details: model, size, color, quantity, exterior condition, and operability.
- If the product has no scratches, wrong specifications, or operational issues, the Customer must sign the Delivery Note. If any issue occurs, the Customer must refuse delivery, not sign the Delivery Note, and immediately inform AI EBike via official channels for support in product replacement.
- AI EBike and delivery partners are not responsible for issues after the Customer signs the Delivery Note. Post-delivery issues will be handled according to AI EBike’s Warranty, Maintenance, and Return Policy.
